4 Storyline:
Clyde Sheltons family is brutally murdered. Those responsible are caught. However, due to bad order, the prosecutor, Nick Rice has only circumstantial evidence. So he decides to get one of them to testify against others. When Shelton learns of this, he is not happy. Ten years later, what has been convicted is running, but something goes wrong, its implementation goes awry and tortured. They learn that someone damaged the machine. The other is found dead, killed in a terrible way. Rice accused Shelton, so he picked it up. At first, Shelton accepts a plea bargain and rice, but changes his mind. It seems that Shelton is not done, it appears that he blames the whole system and is declaring war on it to go after all the people involved with the case of his family. So Rice has to stop him, but Shelton is in front of him.
