Bob Lee swagger, one of the greatest marksmen in the world and son of Congress Medal honoree, is a loner living in the Rockies. Hes the military after hanging to dry in a secret Ethiopian mission a few years ago, when he was recruited by Colonel lispelende to help in a way that the President of the U.S. might be assassinated in one of three cities found in the following two weeks .
